BUSINESS PLAN QUESTIONNAIRE
This Questionnaire was developed to help you get started on drafting your business plan. Often, lawyers are intimidated by the idea of a business plan but it is essential to a successful practice development. Below are certain key questions that your should consider as you draft your business plan.
Question 1: Describe the nature of your services.

Question 3: Describe your existing clients, if any, and target clients, each by industry, legal need, target billable hours, resources required, etc. .
