DIANNE HENNESSY

Dianne Hennessy is a senior level human resources executive with over 20 years of experience in
diverse industries. She has been the head of HR in both public and private corporations in addition
to extensive work as an organizational training and development consultant and college professor.  
As a training professional, she has developed various organization-wide training and development
initiatives.  She has consulted to senior management on employee morale, teambuilding, and
communication strategy.  She has worked with organizations experiencing change as a result of
mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.  Additionally, she serves as a career coach to individual
