Partner Skills Planning Guide
Instructions: After you have completed the Developing Partner Skills Questionnaire, use this weekly planning guide to track your progress. Do not be overly ambitious at first
with your time commitments.  Commit only that amount of time that you can comfortably ease into your schedule.  It is best to start this slowly and increase your time
commitments as you develop your plan.  Use this as a guideline only.  Delete or add additional activities as you determine.  The goal is not to spend any specific number of
hours on any item but to address each category of activities at least once each week, even if it is for a few minutes. Try to check off each category at least once each week.
